Cooking class

Tonight I went to a cooking class for Lao food. There were 4 student's and one instructor. We learned (in theory) to make 6 dishes, then we could chose 2 to make ourselves and eat ensemble. I know we have many Asians in the Boston- Quincy area- So I hope I can find all the ingredients to make Panaeng Gai, Pork Larp, sticky rice, and jeowbong. Ask for an invitation.
