I have not had a bad cup here. Supposedly the best grades come from Buon Ma Thuot and the beans are roasted in butter. Another favorite type is called Ca phe chon- or weasel coffee. These coffee beans are fed to weasels first, then harvested from their droppings. I'm going to try to bring some home- No. 8 of the signature Trung Nguyen brand.
