Still Packing

What happens when a 21 year old (Piers) asks his 53 year old mother (Juliet) to join him on the back of his motorbike for 18 days to travel from Hanoi to Saigon? Well- to begin with there was no way she would say no to this adventure. What an honor (and vote of confidence) to even be asked. Will she be able to manage with 1 pair of jeans, 2 shirts, 2 pairs of panties, 1 bikini  and 1 skort for 18 days? Follow my blog and be part of what I am sure will be the most amazing mother-son trip ever. Remember back to 1974 when the modern epic  "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Manitenance" was published by Robert Pirsig. Re-read it along with Piers and me as we travel the 1000 plus kilometers. So- back to packing as my flight is tomorrow afternoon.
